Return Policy

We only accept returned merchandise for store credit if yarn has not been wound, used, and in new condition. Once the customer gets store credit, the customer needs to bring their receipt to use their credit.

Ordering Yarn Policy

We will order yarn for a customer only if they buy 5-10 skeins upfront. We do give a 10% bag discount if a customer orders 10 skeins (a bag). The bag discount DOES NOT apply to yarn already in the store.

AKG & NGKG Discount Policy

We give a 10% discount to Atlanta Knitting Guild and North Georgia Knitting Guild members on an order. The AKG and NGKG discount does not apply combined with sales, bag discounts, coupons, or any other discounts.
