Our shelves our filled with all the yummy fibers knitters love - wools, mohair, silks, linen, soy, alpaca, cashmere, and our latest favorite, bamboo and bamboo blends.
If you are looking for a new
project, our selection of designer patterns is sure to
inspire. We also carry quality needles and other notions to
make your knitting more pleasurable. For spinning and
needle felting needs, we have hand dyed batts and braids
from two local indie dyers.

Since our opening in June 2009, we are pleased
that so many of our customers enjoy dropping by with
their projects to knit with us. A community of knitters
is growing at Rare Purls and it is so rewarding to see
friendships spring up among our patrons. Our Knit Night
on Fridays is the highlight of our week. We hope that
you, too, will join us sometime soon.
